🚀 New Features

• 🔔 Halt Payout Banner & Functionality
  We’ve added a persistent banner at the top of the web app to let you know whenever payouts, on-ramps, or off-ramps are temporarily unavailable. When this happens, the “Send/Transfer” button will be disabled, and a tooltip will explain why. This way, you’ll always know what’s happening — and you won’t try to send a transaction that can’t go through.

 

• 🛠 Maintenance Mode Notifications
  When the platform goes into scheduled maintenance, you’ll now see a clear banner at the top of the screen explaining why the service is temporarily down. While we’re maintaining the system, core features will be locked to prevent any failed transactions and you’ll know the moment we’re back online.

 

• 🇨🇦 Expanded International Payouts (Canada)
  We’ve made it easier to send money to Canadian bank accounts with a new structured payout form. The form includes validated fields for required Canadian banking details like Bank/Institution Number, Transit Number, and SWIFT/BIC Code, helping you avoid errors and delays.

 

• 📢 In-App Notifications Banners
  We’ve introduced a new in-app pop-up banner to notify you about important updates, like payment provider changes. The banner is fully responsive and easy to dismiss , so it won’t interrupt your experience.

 

 

✨ Improvements

• ⚡ More Reliable Deployments
  We’ve improved our backend deployment process to eliminate API downtime during updates. Now, all API endpoints stay up and running even when we’re pushing out new features.

 

• 💸 Simpler Crypto Transactions
  We’ve removed gas fees from Off-Ramp and Crypto-to-Crypto flows to make your transactions cleaner and easier to understand. We’ve also updated the withdrawal and confirmation pages to reflect this change.

 

• 🔐 Smarter Sign-Up Validation
  We’ve updated our sign-up flow for better security. If you try to sign up with an email that’s already registered, you’ll now see a general message prompting you to check your details or sign in — without revealing whether the email is in use.

 

• 🏅 Website Trust Updates
  We are now Circle Alliance “Certified. This means more trust and confidence in our brand.

 

 

🐛 Bug Fixes

• We fixed a bug where your previously selected “Reason for Payment” would still appear after logging out and back in.

• We resolved an issue where clicking the back arrow on crypto withdrawals redirected you to the wrong quote page.

• We fixed a KYB submission timeout bug that caused the submit button to load indefinitely.

• We corrected an issue where the phone number country code defaulted incorrectly during KYB.

• We fixed a display bug affecting country and currency on the website’s calculator.

• We resolved a CORS error that some users experienced during login.
